Greg, Just so you know, the World Records could only be set at the World
Championships which is what the original spreadsheet said. Ed and Carol have
always considered the World Championships to be a "course record", so to speak,
with the strictest judging. The North American record is the highest score
recorded, whether at the World's or one of the regional competitions.

I pretty much took John's spreadsheet and copied it to MS Word,
saved it as an html file and posted it to: www.myracedata.com/strend
I did update a couple of the world records as they looked like they
were a bit out of date. If this wasn't appropriate, please let me
