That's right I forgot you had some of those John.
Some repetition marks in Europe cannot be 100% verified at this time. But
only the rep marks in pull-ups, and dips seem to be superior.
51 is the Bench record, and 35 reps for 115% of weight. Pull-ups? Chins
29-30? Shoulder must be near 46 or so, and Dips 90+
3 mile male 16:44? Female 18:12?
Can't recall all the female records.
