Re: [STREND] Event "Bests"...

Hi John,

If you are interested, I have put together a spreadsheet that has a top 10
performances for all of the age groups (men and women) for STREND. I think it
is up to date, although I am still trying to find the time to run back through
it and double check it.

I have just put the regular STREND numbers together even though there use to be
an elite competition with added weight. Amazing, but some of the elite
performance numbers showed up in just the regular rankings. Also, some of the
earlier competitions in the 90'2 are not included because the numbers are not
posted. Carol in all her free time will have to run back through them and see if
anyone was missed.

If you want a copy, send me an email and I will send it to you. Let me know if
you want it in excel or word format.

Subject: [STREND] Event "Bests"...

Simply out of curiousity, I was wondering if the "bests" are recorded
anywhere? For example:
Most Bench Reps was...
Most Wide Grip Pull-ups was...
Most Military Presses was...
Most Chins was...
Most dips was...
Best run time ever was...
Most overall reps was...
Best STREND score ever was...
I am surprised that I have not seen these posted. As I read more and
more about STREND, I wondered if I may be missing where they are
located? If not, does anyone know them? I know that, with the
velocity some of you guys train, one of you is likely to know them by
heart. I would appreciate it if someone could write them out for me.
As always, I appreciate the knowledge I am taking from your
messages. I have a long way to go, but I am enjoying the early
stages of my training.
Thanks,
John Priestap

That's right I forgot you had some of those John. Some repetition marks in Europe cannot be 100% verified at this time. But only the rep marks in pull-ups,...
