Just some advice from someone who had 18 months of continuous hamstring injuries
because I wouldn't let it heal. Save yourself longterm issues and let it heal. I
thought I could run through it and keep doing heavy squats. Stretch ice and
super light leg workouts finally helped me. Good luck with it!

Well, as fate would have it, I pulled my hamstring yesterday while
sprinting.It's not too bad--I'm limping about and look pretty pathetic--but I
may beout for two weeks. Moving the Strend back a couple of weeks to the 11thof
July (and still having it as an evening Strend) would allow me more timeto
recover. Not only that, but I'll busy most of the 27th Sat. so I reallywant be
able to set up etc.
I hope nobody has already planned their schedule around the 27th. If thegang is
still flexible then I say let's do July 11th. Gurjeet? John Carmony?Others?
