A confirmation on the date would be awesome.
Randall and I did a run through on a whim this past Saturday morning. I put up
134 reps breaking down as:
Bench 10
Pull Ups 30
Military Press 24
Chin Ups 29
Bar Dips 41
My personal best is 137 and that was back in the beginning of February. I have
just started to run again on a regular basis, doing almost all of my running on
a treadmill these days. Legs just can't handle the pavement anymore. I'm
sitting right at about 152 right now but I'd be looking to shed down to about
145-147 range for the competition, helps out a lot in the run.
Chris let us know how your test run goes. Hopefully we can get a good group
together for June!
