I have never used Noxplode myself, mostly because I am trying to keep
from bulking up... But from the people I have talked to at my gym,
members and co-workers alike, there have been a lot of good results
from that product. One thing to keep in mind is that every product
has a different affect on different people. Something that works
great for one person may have lackluster results for another...
Right now I am using Muscle Milk after my lifting workouts. It helps
me bounce back from back to back lifting days and keeps me from losing
weight, something I'm definitely worried about when I crank up the
cardio for the spring STREND event.
After hearing of those results though, I am definitely interested by
your results. I haven't tried doing 60 minutes of pull ups but I may
give it a shot later this week or sometime soon. I'll keep you guys
posted on my non-supplement and supplemented results...
