Just a few questions about next weekends STREND:
What time will check-in/weigh in begin?
Will the 3 mile run be on a track or open course. If its an open
course will it be a straight 3 mile run or will it consist of any
repeating 'loops'?
Lastly, will there be 1 & 1/4lb weights?
