Power Tower

In the past (a long time ago) I had some request on how I built my Power Tower,
which is a multi-purpose piece of equipment that allows me to do pull ups, chin
ups and bar dips.  I've finally completed the project of putting the information
online.  Those still interested in learning how to construct what I built should
go to http://poseathlete.com/pullup.html.

Contact me should you have further questions.

Have a STREND day,
