Great Job! I am just the opposite losing weight and concentrating on cardio.
Down to 140 pounds, but I have a bad achilles that is making running tough, so a
lot of indoor rowing and swimming.
Wow that is a lot of protein, drink lots of water!
I have 4 months to go to 40! Can't wait, should be a awesome decade. I hope to
compete in the Track and feild Masters World champs next year in Finland

I weighed in at 130 for the Colorado State show about six weeks ago.
I was very lean. Now I am in serious mass buidling mode. I am up to
140 now :) That's the most I have ever weighed! The bantam weight
class goes up to 143.25 lbs. I am going to target around 150 lbs and
then cut back to around 140 for my next show. Actually that would be
a huge amount of muscle to gain. Not sure that is really possible in
eight months. I have been training with BJ from Elite Physique who
has won the Mr. Colorado title and his workouts are definitely more
intense than anything I have ever done. I am also eating way more
protein than I was in the past, 200 to 250 g/day.
