I'm also a new member of the group. I've never competed in STREND. I
don't remember precisely how I found out about it, but I was searching
the Web for fitness information. BTW, is the Web site still maintained?
It, or at least the results section, seems to have been forgotten.
I am an out of shape forty-year-old. When I found the STREND page, I
was looking for specific goals to set for myself. Both STREND and the
SEAL Fitness Challenge stood out to me as ambitious but reasonable
fitness goals for me to pursue.
As someone who needs to work up to STREND levels, I'm curious about how
other people train.
