I wanted to check in to see if you were still planning

doing a Strend on Sept. 20. For me, that weekend is

booked up as I'm going out of town for an important
job-related seminar.

I'd hate to ask you just on account of my schedule,
but I
really want to compete again in Strend (my numbers
are increasing all around in the gym.) If you could
move
it up a week earlier or push it back a week that would
be
perfect. If not, no worries, there will always be
other Strends.
In fact, not being able to attend will give me more
motivation
to host my own Strend Bay Area.

Anyways, hope your running/strending is going well.
