well just for fun (which it wasnt) I tried the 1arm hang and did 55 sec. pretty
awful I see..Thats amazing you did 110..does it take awhile to build up to it or
did you just do it?
the farmer walk kills a lot of the strong mens overall scores..they simply
ignore grip work and cant do it.

That's a lot of weight. All of my round plates add up to 385, but
there is not a good way to grip round plates.
