Stephen,
I did not know until just recently that 644 was the official pull-up record,
so actually I was planning an attempt.
That would be very impressive indeed if your pull ups match your chin ups.
Chin ups are slightly easier, that wont change no matter what your totals are
for either discipline.
I have no desire to do Chin ups, not my thing. And you can have those records
forever, they don't mean much to me.
I am just satisfied that there are difference between chins and pull-ups and
will continue with Pull-ups. That is good that you feel a desire to "go after"
the pull up records. Your right that does make us different.

hi matt not sure about ratio all i know is i have never done pull
ups till recently due to my shoulder ,but after the AWR split the
records i did two large sessions and that confirmed to me there is
not much difference, and just broke the record with ease,if i now
train on pull ups as i did on chin ups i will be very disappointed if
i didn't get close to or equal my c ups,if as you say the hour was
the easiest one to beat why didn't you do it,if chin ups are
easier, why not come after my records as i am coming after your one.
See the difference between you and me matt is i don't do ratio i just
do reps 1000s of them so lets see now, how well i do with P U ,if
nothing else it makes a change.
steve
ps i am right, you only hold the minute record as the 30min has still
not been accepted on the AWR site, why is it taking so long to be
verified.
So lets not get ahead of ourselves the only man to beat
is Guy Schott as he holds the 12hour 6hour 30min and still the one
hour in PULL UPS till my new attempt is verified.
