CrossFit is a Core Strength and Conditioning program that utilizes Olympic
lifting, gymnastics, kettlebell training, mma, running etc. The best way to
explain it is putting a bunch of exercises into a basket picking out a few
adding sets reps or time and trying to put out the best time, number or load
you can. It requires the ability to do many pull ups, push ups, sit ups,
squats in a given time for many of the workouts. A lot of the workouts are
named after Women and fallen Hero’s (soldiers)… They are bench marks and to
be able to hang with some of the top performers of these workouts means you
are fairly ELITE in your own training. They have a great website and
information… STREDed men and women would love it! www.crossfit.com
