I plan to compete next year at Arnold I wish they would at least allow 35 reps
before capping it. They don't cap the run time right? If I run a 16:30 then I
will have a chance at winning, and at age 39 that will be an accomplishment I
suppose because at age 40 they give you the ridicuous 10% advantage, Maybe at
age 50 but 40?
I will look up the tactical strength challenge
thanks

A early Fall STREND is tempting, although I am already scheduled to
compete in a Tactical Strength Challenge on September 8, the NYC
Men's Health Urbanathlon on September 29 and the New York State USAPL
Powerlifting Championships on October 27-28.
As an aside, I have a Lift and Run this weekend. I participated in
the Arnold Pump and Run the past two years, and I told everyone I
competed with who you were after I noticed that you won the race in
2006. I finished only 98 places behind you that year.
Good luck at the track and field event.

is I can't fly out the week before and then hand out for a week,
