A question

I do have a question that I forgot to post. The grip width it says you
should use on the strend website seems awfully wide to me. My elbow
width is 40in, so 83& of that is 33in. That just feels so wide on the
bench and the shoudler press. Am I understanding this right, or will
it just get more natural?
