Hi Lou,
Welcome to the world of STREND. I have been training at STREND for several
years. I love it.
Here is a post from a few years back.

I still believe the best way to train for this event is to do a lot of practice
STRENDS. I am about to turn 54, so although my reps are still pretty good, the
run times are slowing down a little. I hope to make it to the Syracuse event in
July.
Good luck with your training. Hope to see you there.

Subject: [STREND] How does one train for a strend competition
Hello,
I live in Canada and someone pointed me out to the strend web site. This is a
wicked concept in competition.
How does a person train for this type of event? I searched the web and the
strend site but I could not find any place with a training program. Does anyone
have advice on strend training?
Sincerely,
Louis Hebert
