Maybe someone here can help. I have been lifting for the better part of 10
years, and consider myself pretty fit. Nothing like you guys going for the
pull up record however this is where i am asking for help. No matter how
much i train. how fit i get, i still cant do more than 6 or 8 pull ups. any
suggestions? Thanks for your help. And good luck to those of you who are
going for the world record!
