hi Matt and Greg I would love to join you but twos company, three's
a crowd, best of luck,I do chin ups because a bad accident left me
with a section of bone cut out of my shoulder which makes pull ups a
bit awkward and it is due to the rehabilitation that got my upper
body back on par (out of every little bit of bad comes some good)
as it happens I fractured both arms, head (knocked some sense into
me) and smashed both shoulders, hence I never trained from age of 23
till I walked back into a gym at 42,I'm 53 now and never felt
better, which is not good as i never have an excuse for when I have a
bad comp.I ask this question to the forum, how many comps have you
been to where there are so many ill poeple, who have not trained
lately,or are injuerd, this that or the other, some comps I've been
to I thought I was at the local accident and emergency not a top xtc,
and the most seriously injured always wins.(I don't include Hywel in
this as he is a machine and never breaks down)I've put this in to
save Hywel sending me email, Greg post 1154 1075reps would it count
if I replaced pull ups with + body weigh lat pull downs behind neck
and I will give it a go.
regards Steve
