Not that great--11 or 11'6", but I have been working on my invert and am getting
back into form! My goal is 13' this winter! I have made 12'6" a couple of
times in practice. Just need to do it in a meet. I need to stay ahead of some
of the high school girls I coach!
How is the Strend training going?
