Here are my splits from Saturday.
15 Min - 161
30 Min - 292 total, 131 for 15 minutes
45 Min - 393 total, 99 for 15 minutes
60 Min - 495 total, 102 for 15 minutes
Even though I didn't have my best start I was still in pretty good
shape after 30 minutes, but that next 15 minutes did me in. I was
surprised that I did more reps in the last 15 minutes than I did in
the prior 15 minutes. It didn't seem like it.
My training sessions were much stronger than last Saturday. I had
done 200 in 15 minutes almost every time. The only thing I can think
of was that I was not going quite as high (on the bar) in training
as I should have. The hour trial, though was certainly
good "practice"
I think a good target for me might be:
15 Min 200
30 Min 350
45 Min 475
60 Min 575

endurance is so important, you are right once you hit a wall, that
is it. Are you sure that going harder sooner might not get you to
that wall sooner? or is your strategy to be able to recover after a
certain time and a certain amount of sets? Either way you have gone
the full hour, so now you have benefited from the experience,
mentally and physcially you are better prepared to improve.
