I think you want to be very well rested. This is my last hard week.
I'll start tapering after this weekend and will have my last STREND
workout one week prior to the event. I'll still run, swim, cycle but
at a lower volume and intensity. Good luck.

Had a pretty good workout this morning. I did 1075 reps in a 60 minute workout. On a one minute cycle I did 16 pullups, 16 millitary presses, 16 chins followed...
