Re: [STREND] 1075 Reps in an hour

wow! That is definitely something to brag about!

my brag isn't as impressive, but I'm still proud of
it--last night I benched 65 lbs for ten reps, and did
two chin-ups! I have never done a chin-up in my
entire life, and never made it above 50 pounds until
the last two weeks!

Any advice for the week before the 3 Apr event? How
many days recovery should I give myself? Active rest?
Light weights? Sorry for all the questions--it's my
first time!
