1075 Reps in an hour   Message List

Had a pretty good workout this morning. I did 1075 reps in a 60
minute workout. On a one minute cycle I did 16 pullups, 16 millitary
presses, 16 chins followed by 22 dips. All to body weight except m
press at half body weight. The last two cycles of four exercises I
tried to max but it wasn't able to do many more than the target
except the dips. I left out the bench as I am recovering from a
minor injury. Last week I did about 1000 reps in an hour including
the above exercises plus pushups. This morning was definately
harder. Good luck with your training and stay injury free.

wow! That is definitely something to brag about! my brag isn't as impressive, but I'm still proud of it--last night I benched 65 lbs for ten reps, and did two...

I think you want to be very well rested. This is my last hard week. I'll start tapering after this weekend and will have my last STREND workout one week prior...
