Had a pretty good workout this morning. I did 1075 reps in a 60
minute workout. On a one minute cycle I did 16 pullups, 16 millitary
presses, 16 chins followed by 22 dips. All to body weight except m
press at half body weight. The last two cycles of four exercises I
tried to max but it wasn't able to do many more than the target
except the dips. I left out the bench as I am recovering from a
minor injury. Last week I did about 1000 reps in an hour including
the above exercises plus pushups. This morning was definately
harder. Good luck with your training and stay injury free.
