check the files for Triple STREND workout
this is a workout we did last week 2:00 between stations. It was
tough.
Also did a Double STREND workout a couple weeks back with 2:00
stations, but took an extra minute rest between the Dips and the
bench press
Bench 165 22 reps
Pull ups with extra 25lbs 17 reps
shoulder Press extra 15lb 20 reps
Dips extra 35 lbs 22 reps
3:00 rest total 92
bench Bweight 22 reps
Pullups BW 28
Shoulder press (50%) 26
chins 17
bodyweight dips 30
Total 123
OUCH! The shorter rest is great for training. When you do a real
STREND your recovery will feel so much longer.
