Re: [STREND] warning about grip width

Injured during bench press. (Never made it to the
pull ups.) Went straight to the ER, so I don't have
the strend card. My guess is that the measurement
lady was conditioned to a somewhat standard grip width
- so my 64" height may have led to an incorrect grip
width.

The Canadian STREND will be the same weekend as last year...Sat. 23 July 2005. We are, however, flexible because we try and accommodate Ed and Carol's schedule...
