Ed is checking into the production company Tronolone in Hawaii
and their respective costs. Costs of course have to be offset by
entry fees and sponsors. I would love for this to be a go! Maybe

Weight used Bench: 140 Shoulder Press: 70
Bench Press: 33 reps :57 seconds Note: Max right now would
be about 36
Pull ups: 34 START: 3:03-4:00 :57 seconds
Shoulder Press 30 START: 6:25-7:25 :60 sec.
Chins: 23 START: 9:40-10:28 :48 seconds
Dips: START: 12:45- 46 At least 90 degrees with full lockout,
width of handles = 24" 1:10 sec.
@ 15 minutes- take pulse 11 beats 6 seconds =110 before theoretical
start of run. 60% of Max HR
TOTAL: 166 90% of 185
If this were an actual STREND I am sure I could have squeezed out
ten more reps and a run time of about a 17:36 so I am pretty
happy about my conditioning so far.
