I have created a login and passwod for the Submission

Looks like they prefer to work with a production team. Hmmm may
have to set that up first.

I have not submitted the proposal as of yet, 3 to 4 paragraphs on
STREND and why it would make a great event to cover would be helpful!
so submit your ideas here, then we can all approve it and submit it!

Finally we will probably need ED's blessing on this. I am sure he
would be for it.
