I have just now gotten back to the computer since my prior post.
Obviously, I was more prepared for this event than the event back in
November. I didn't quite hit my goal on reps, but I did do 20 more
than last time. Actually, I was ahead of plan after the first three,
22, 44, 36 but then went under plan on chins 22 and dips 39. I had a
good run, but not a great run. I think I have an "issue" with
humidity. Actually, I just don't like humidity. That's one reason
why I like the idea of a winter strend.
