RE: [STREND] Pull up world record

I'll be the first to admit Mark, that i could get no where near that record,
neither do i want to try.

I would never dumb down an achievement like that and say i could beat it unless
i was prepared to step up and do it.

Neither have i said that i would come over and Win a Strend event, though i
would enjoy trying.

Hello Strend Friends,

I cant understand this discuss about 522 pullups in 1 hour, thats absolut
normal.
In my trainingsgroup we have 3 athlets and me we try for fun in training
last year 30 minuts an did from 380 to the best 421.
I think all more then 700 pull up in 1 hour is a special for STRENDs
Takis fom germany
