Remember Buder Park at last year's Championship? Stumbling across the
pitted, lunar landscape? Your players risking life and limb, dodging
marker-discs in a useless effort to avoid twisting an ankle? I saw
one player step on a marker disc and PUT HIS FOOT RIGHT THROUGH THE
MIDDLE OF IT!!! That's how deep the hole was!

How many ankles did it cost your team? I think it was three for
Francis Howell Central--no joke.

Here's your chance to do something about it. SLUJ needs volunteers to
help improve the fields at Buder park on Saturday, March 1 or 8 (date
is weather-dependent), starting at 11 a.m.
