Due to small number of players in Division A (0-12) and Division B(13-18), the OCs had decided to revised the tournament category from 3 divisions to two divisions. The revised categories are as follows:

            a) Gross Category - Best Gross ( 1 prize)

            b) Division A : Hcp 0 - 18 ( 7 prizes)

            c) Division B : Hcp 19 - 36  (7 prizes)

Again, due to the current 27 holes available at Pulai Spring and also to shorten down the waiting time, the OC had decided that Division A will tee-off at Pulai Course 1st Tee and cross over to Melana 10th Tee. Division B will tee-off at Pulai Course 10th Tee and cross over to Pulai 1st Tee.

Hole-in-One are available at all the six Pars 3 (4 at Pulai Couse and 2 at Melana Course). The $2,000 cash will be shared accordingly, should there be more than one winners.

The registration will start at 06.45am and group photo taking session will be at 07.30am. The OCs would like to request all participants to register early for group photo taking, so that the tournament can start on time.

As for the collection of goodies bag and flights details, the OCs will be made know to you within couple of days. Please log-on to your email to look up for the latest update.

Tournament Fee

Fee includes buggy fee, green fee, goodies bag, lucky draw prizes and post game lunch.

The first 48 registered participant will receive an elegantly designed T-shirt with SMART.com logo, the rest are subject to availability.

Due to budget constraint and the increase of in additional 

trophys and prizes as well as to provide a better quality polo T-shirt for the participants, the OCs have decided to increase

tournament fee to $60.00. We appreciate your understandings and look forward to your active support in this tournament.

 

 

Rules and Regulations - Ties    

Official count back ("OCB") on stableford-points from B9, F9, B6, F6, B3, F3.  If this is still tie, OCB on gross score from hole 18, 17¡­..1.

Upon the request by OC/HC, player shall produce a valid HCP card of not more than 2 months failing which will result in automatic disqualification.

 

Bad Weather Contingency Plan  

Should the occurrence of inclement weather result in the competitors inability to complete 9 holes, the competition is deemed to be cancelled.  All trophies shall be kept for the next competition.  Lucky draw prizes will continue to be given away.

If at least 9 holes has been completed, the first 9 completed holes will be used in determining the results.

Amendments
The Organizing Committee reserves the rights to amend the Rules and Regulations, the HCP and OCB guidelines of the tournament from time to time as they deem fit and all decisions made shall be final.
