please join us for a day on the water with the historic sailing yacht
Ventura
a classic 70' sailing yacht, commissioned in 1919, featured on
television and
in films....

we shall cruise through NYC's Upper Bay Area, where the winds are the
strongest ! I have exactly 33 spots available, so this may fill up
quickly.

we will sail from downtown NYC / WFC docks;
time: 12.00 noon, for a 3 hour sail
cost: $65, will include the sail AND open bar !!

Fall Foliage Hiking Day Trip to the Minnewaska State Preserve,
Saturday, October 11 or Sunday, October 12
(both days available)

Let's leave the city jungle for a day in nature with a little
exercise...

We will leave the city at 9.30 AM and returning appx. 6.00/6.30 PM

The cost of $45 will cover transportation with vans from the city to
the park, park fees, and some snacks for the way back...

Meeting / departure locations and schedule:
8.45 AM: participants boarding on the east side will get picked up
at request

9.00 AM: downtown: meeting at FuelRay Cafe & Lounge,
68 West 3rd St, off LaGuardia, just north of Bleecker

9.15 AM: upper west side: Starbucks and McDonalds,
south west corner of 71st St. and Broadway

Minnewaska State Preserve is located just north of Bear Mountain
