Hiya Everyone,
I realize that this year has been a crappy season in Vermont, but the voucher program
has reached crisis status and given our current situation, I need some feedback that
will impact the financial future of the voucher program with Diamond Dogs Ski Club.
We are only allowed to return 15% of the purchased vouchers. That is why I limited
the returns to only 4 per person. But even with that we appear to be in big trouble...
As of March 20th, Killington reported the following to the Metro NY Ski Council.
(From the council, we purchase the lions share of the vouchers)
Total Killington tickets purchased = 2,026
Total Killington vouchers redeemed as of 3/20 = 1,282
Total Killington vouchers outstanding = 744
That is 440 vouchers above the 15% (15% = 304 vouchers)
number that they will take back for credit.

Financially, this dollar amount is $19,800. Yes, you heard that number correctly.
Clearly, something must be done to isolate the club from these financial risks.
I've always try to run this club openly, both on decision making and financial
transparency. It would be of great service to me if you could participate in helping
us making the right decision for you the club member, and for the future of the club.
I would like you to take the time to complete this survey about what can be and
should be done with the voucher program.
Thank you very much for your continued support over the
years!
Andy
