Velocity Sports Performance offers a performance enhancement training program designed specifically for skiing. It is the Alpine Ski Training Program, a 1-hour training session consisting of 6 intervals: Dynamic-Mobility Warm-up, Movement (linear and multi-directional speed & agility work), core strengthening, core stability, strength & balance and a cool-down. This is a semi-private training session where the training groups never have more than 6 athletes as we like to maintain a 6 athlete to 1 coach ratio. All groups in this program are taught by certified and degreed sports performance coaches who have all worked with college, professional and Olympic athletes.

Learn to Rock Climb, or advance your existing skills in the famous "Gunks", located in the Minnewaska State Park, Up State New York.
Fully insured, licensed, and accredited instructors will prepare you to scale the walls of the Shawangunk with full professional equipment.
Under highly qualified supervision you will learn to move on the rocks, climb and belay, and understand the required safety and back up procedures.
Insurance coverage and AMGA certification of our guides available upon request.
Trip Capacity: 16 participants
Cost: $140 This will include transportation, instructions and training, and all necessary equipment;
helmets, harness, shoes and instruction. (Does not include $10 park fee)
