Rock Climbing at the Famous Shawangunk Ridge

Dynamic Outdoors will join forces with High Angle Adventures to bring you this spectacular outing...

Learn to Rock Climb,  or advance your existing skills in the famous "Gunks", located in the Minnewaska State Park, Up State New York.

Fully insured, licensed, and accredited instructors will prepare you to scale the walls of the Shawangunk with full professional equipment.
Under highly qualified supervision you will learn to move on the rocks, climb and belay, and understand the required safety and back up procedures.

Insurance coverage and AMGA certification of our guides available upon request. 
Trip Capacity:  16 participants 

Cost:  $140   This will include transportation, instructions and training, and all necessary equipment;
helmets, harness, shoes !!  and instruction. (Does not include $10 park fee)
(Also, please bring lunch, picnic, sandwiches, and plenty of water, gatorade, etc.)

Departure:    7.00 am       (a bit early, yes I know, but you want to make it a full day experience !!)

Hike and Swim in the Harriman Highlands
Sunday, September 11              (a day in nature, maybe just be the right thing)
         
Come join us for a day in the wilderness of the Harriman Highlands. 
This is a moderate / light hike - with options to make it more challenging for advance hikers - to the White Cliff Overlook.  Hike will then continue passed the Black Ash Swamp to the sacred grounds of Skenonto for a lunch break / picnic and swim.
Long loop for advanced and shorter loop for intermediate hikers both available and guided...
For a fun and invigorating day in nature...

Departure: 9:00 am;  Transportation provided !
Pick-up Locations: UES, UWS, and Union Square
Returning appx: 6.00 pm
Price:  $45 -  Will include transportation, water, Gatorade, beer !! and some snacks for the way back...

Launching from Pier 63, West 23rd Street...

Either sit back, relax, and enjoy the breeze in your face, or help the captain raise the sails
and steer the boat (you will be on the wheel), and learn about gibing and tacking.
