Bryant Park Summer Film Festival

 

When: Monday nights at dusk- around 8:00 pm, beginning in June 

Where: Bryant Park (40th Street and 6th Avenue)

What: This is a series of free, outdoor, classic movie screenings, playing on Monday nights throughout the summer months in Bryant Park, Manhattan.  In the rare event that it rains, films are screened at sunset the following night.

What: Much Ado About Nothing – in the open air Delacorte Theater.  Pick up your free tickets on the day of the performance beginning at 1pm at The Delacorte Theater in Central Park or from 1 to 3 PM at The Public Theater.

Harlem Meer Performance Festival

 

When:  Sunday’s through August 31 – from 4:00 pm to 6:00 p.m.

Where: at 110th Street near Fifth Avenue within Central Park

What FREE performances take place on Sundays from 4:00 pm to 6:00 p.m. on the lakefront plaza at the Charles A. Dana Discovery Center. Visitors are encouraged to bring blankets and picnics so that they can relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of performing arts in the Park.
