Come out to Ft. Scott in the Presidio on Saturday August 15th for a FREE Women's Ultimate Clinic!
Here you will learn the details of the sport like:
How to throw the disc backwards and forwards!
How to set your position strategically!
How to play offense and defense!
And most importantly, how to have lots of fun!
The clinic will run from 11:30am-2:30pm with a brief pickup game after to practice all your newfound skills. We'll also tell you about the friendly and fun Ultimate league here in San Francisco.
I mean, really, it is called "Ultimate". Who can afford to pass that up?
What: A FREE** beginner's ultimate frisbee clinic for women
Who: All the ladies interested in ultimate frisbee, whether they want to sign up for fall league (starts in September!) or just play some pickup games
When: Saturday August 15th, 11:30am-2:30pm
Where: Ft. Scott
Why: We want more ladies playing ultimate with us!
Hosts: SFUL players & captains
How: email clinics@bayareadiscassociation.org to RSVP
What else: Bring some water to drink, a dark and light shirt, & cleats if you have them. And have fun!
**FREE for the first 10 ladies that sign up, or if you are already a UPA member.
