Here you will learn the details of the sport like:
How to throw the disc backwards and forwards!
How to set your position strategically!
How to play offense and defense!
And most importantly, how to have lots of fun!
The clinic will run from 10:30-1:00 with a brief pickup game after to practice all your newfound skills. We'll also tell you about the friendly and fun Ultimate league here in San Francisco.
