Subject: [SFUL] "That's What SHE Said" tryouts for women

Hey Ladies,

If you haven't already found a good fit with a competitive, spirited team this year, "That's What SHE Said," the Bay Area's oldest mixed Ultimate team, will be holding tryouts for women this month and next!

We are a competitive Ultimate team who has qualified for Regionals, but most of us also have families, work or other obligations which help us keep it all in healthy perspective. We practice monthly, play pick-up together on the weekends, will be participating in the weeknight team league being planned for this summer at Gilman and compete in at least one tournament a month, including Memorial Day, CalStates, Potlatch, Labor Day and Sectionals, among others.

Although our practices and pick up game are located in Marin, half of our team comes from the East Bay and a number of us live in San Francisco so carpooling is always easy.

While many of our players do not have children, parents of young children have always found our team to be uniquely welcoming and supportive. We have team kids ranging in age from one year to ten at our practices and tournaments, and childcare responsibilities (and goldfish!) are shared.

You are also welcome to come out (same place) any Sunday for pick-up from 9-noon.
