I'm losing a couple of roommates to sunny East Bay suburbia
(weaklings!). So if any of you friendly neighborhood ultimate
players are looking for a new home, or know somebody who is, please
drop me a line.

The place is a big, 2-bedroom 2-bath flat in the Richmond (28th and
Geary). If you work downtown, this is not nearly as inconvenient as
it may sound: the 38AX stops a few steps from the door, and gets you
downtown in 20 minutes in the morning. We've got a big living room
with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge to make any tourist jealous
(you can kinda see it through a mass of wires from the nearby
telephone pole). Also equipped with the holy grail of San Francisco
living: a garage parking space!

The available bedroom would be ideal for a couple, but if you're
interested as an individual, or as a pair of roommates, by all means
check in and see how you like it. Also, would be convenient if you
like (or can tolerate) cats - girlfriend and I are considering
getting one.

Rent is $525 each for two. TBD for a single. Move-in date February
11th.
