I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in SF, preferably around Duboce Triangle area, the Castro, Noe Valley, but I'm open to other areas. Thought I'd try this list...
I'm hoping to sign a 1 year lease starting in September or October.

I'd prefer my own place but I'm also open to a roommate situation.

I have excellent credit and references, don't smoke, no pets, and play ultimate!
