playshop next weekend, so do join us before it fills! (And **guys**,
so far it's two dudes and ten babes so come help even it out so they
don't give me too many problems! :-)

A Movement Playshop for Dancers, Yogis, Movers, and Shakers
Harbin Hot Springs Mountain Lodge Jan 20-22
Theme for Classes: Creative Combinations - blending traditional forms

Playshops will include
* Healing Through Movement with Laura Schifferli. A mix of massage,
dance, and yoga
* AcroYoga: Acrobatic yoga (see acroyoga.org) with Rana the
Tofu Honey Pie
* Liquid Improv: Contact improv in a warm pool (pending private pool
arrangements)
* TranceDance: Deep Breathing and Dancing
* Expressive Movement: combining breathing, mindfullness,
meditation, kinesthetic awareness, guided meditation, self-expression,
and fun! (tentative)
* PostModern Flow - using postmodern techniques as a different
approach to finding more flow in contact improv

Intended for experienced movers, with a regular (but not necessarily
advanced) dance, yoga, or movement practice OR people committed to
jumping in with both feet while hanging back as needed to take great
care of these bodies/temples of spirit . ...

We may have a spot open for teachers, contact us …

The cost: only $155 (shared expenses) + donations to teachers! Some
work-study available.

Limited to the first 20 people to sign up. Fee allows use of all the
harbin facilities (indoor camping, hot warm and cold pools, hiking,
movies, yoga, kirtan ... see harbin.org) Everyone helps with one
meal. Carpooling definitely available.
