One bedroom in a 2 bedroom Cole Valley apartment is available December 1.
The apartment is in a sweet location one block from the center of Cole
Valley (Carl and Cole) and three blocks from the Upper Haight. The apartment
was built in the '70s so isn't the most beautiful building, but the size is
good for 2 people. It has wall to wall carpeting with a connected kitchen
and living room. There's a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washer/dryer in
the building. There's also an unmaintained backyard for grilling. The
landlord pays for water and garbage so we split the utilities, cable and
internet access.

The smaller bedroom is $750 and the larger bedroom is $850. I'm currently in
the large bedroom with bay windows and lots of closet space, but would be
willing to switch to the smaller bedroom. The smaller bedroom is medium
sized with enough room for a queen size bed and a desk. It also has a large
closet and a ceiling fan. There is also a parking space in the garage below
that might be available.
