Max is a client of mine and is just an awesome guy! Some of you might
recognize his name as one of a small handful of original founders of Paypal.

As most of you already know, I have rejoined the startup world with my
latest venture -- Slide (http://www.slide.com) -- striving to finally make
digital media sharing truly consumer-friendly and enjoyable.



To take over the world in the most efficient and timely manner, it's
critical to build a stellar team, and I am asking for your help with that.





I am looking for:



BizDev: A great business development person. Key requirement is familiarity
with content creators and aggregators both on the Web and in Hollywood (or
at least one of the two.) We want to bring interesting, fun, relevant
content to our users, and this is the person who's going to hook this
content and reel it in.



Product Management: You know how it is -- a great, passionate PM makes the
product successful. I need all kinds -- senior, viral-marketing
field-marshals, and spec-writing marines. Just as long as they are
excellent at what they do, and have consumer product experience on the Web.
If this person happens to be great at product marketing, and understands the
world of web 2.0, I'll probably hire them on the spot.



Engineering: Great Python coders, Windows coders, Mac coders, QA engineers,
Ajax-loving web-designers. Send them to me :-)



I appreciate suggestions and introductions, and most of all, your time. I
will not forget your help next time I think of good homes for friends and
family shares in Slide!
