Although it seems far off, Kaimana will be here before we know it.

Very soon, we will have our website up and running for you to catch all
the
latest updates on, but for now, here is what you need to know:

1. Team bids are currently being accepted with a $390 team deposit due
October 31, 2005. Send in your bids now, checks payable to Kaimana
Klassik,
to Jena Kline, 2017 Mauna Place, Honolulu HI 96822. The $390 initial
deposit can later be applied to three individual player's fees (the
captain
plus two other players). Bids should also include contact information
for
captain or organizer, including name, email address, and phone number
and
the number of players you actually anticipate having on your roster come
February, as well as the number you have that are currently committed.
We
hope your bid will also be fun, original, and convincing! It can be in
any
format you wish... let us know what your team will contribute to Kaimana
19!

2. Disc Design Contest! Due 10/31/05. Create the winning Kaimana disc &
t-shirt design and get in free-we'll pay your tournament entry fee! All
designs should incorporate the tournament name, date, and location.
Designs
in 3 or fewer colors are preferred. You must be able to separate colors
for
printing. Send a 500kb or smaller version of your entry to
kaimanatd@... by October 31. We'll notify the winner by November
15.

3. Details regarding the post-Kaimana Hat Draw tournament will follow
shortly. Scheduled for the weekend of February 25-26, 2006, it will take
place on the Big Island. Plan your travel accordingly!

4. Kaimana is looking for volunteers! Players, guests, friends,
family.we'll take anyone! We've got a variety of jobs-from registration
to
loading trucks to keeping water jugs full to serving meals to.you name
it!

volunteer,
