Hi everyone,

Can anyone recommend a source for getting low-cost (or
free) older laptop computers for an international
non-profit group?

Background:
I have a friend who is working with a group called
Engineers without Borders. One of the communities
they work with is a school in rural Haiti. They've
installed a hybrid PV/Generator system for them and
are now looking for low-cost (or free) older laptop
computers. Desktop computers draw way too much power.
