Summer Months ONLY

Bernal house single family house. Currently only parents, 3 year old kid, and
dog. Family sleeps on upper floor, kitchen is on main floor and you would sleep
on lower level where there is a bedroom and bathroom. Separate entrance. 3
minute drive to ANY freeway entrance (280N/S or 101N/S), 12 minute drive to
BART, 4 minute walk to Cortland St. restaurants, bars, grocery, cafes. 20
minute bike ride to GG Park (where you will be playing disk).

Price = $550/month includes utilities

Caveats: 1. Our 3 year old gets up b/t 7:00 and 7:30, even on weekends; 2. We
would need you to dogsit over July 4th weekend and from July 10-28.; 3. We
would need the room for the week of June 21-27, but would obviously not charge
you for that week.
