ISDLS (the Institute for the Study and Development of Legal Systems)
is seeking a full-time Operations Director. ISDLS is a San Francisco-
based non-profit organization dedicated to international legal and
judicial reform. Please see www.isdls.org for more information on the
organization.

The Operations Director is responsible for all financial management
and bookkeeping, fundraising, liaising with the Board of Directors,
reporting regularly on all grants, and general office management. The
Operations Director reports to the Executive Director and the Board
of Directors.

The qualified applicant will be dynamic and multi-talented, and will
have strong accounting/bookkeeping/auditing experience (preferably
with a non-profit), excellent written and oral communication skills,
excellent organizational abilities, and a degree from a recognized
four-year college. Must be highly motivated and able to work
independently without close supervision. Web development & computer
skills a plus.
