Some Ultimate players used to gather at Speedway
Meadow on Saturdays; the leaders (the ones who showed
up with cones and *starting* a game) mostly played
with SFUL on Saturdays in Fall and Winter, so the
other players (who were in the habit of arriving late
expecting that someone else had already started a
game) stopped coming; if you're thinking about helping
re-start pickup on Saturdays at Speedway or at Sharon
Meadow, there's a window of opportunity.

There are several existing groups in SF who gather on
Saturdays and Sundays to play Ultimate. For updates,
email sfupickup@..., or check out
sfbaypickupultimate at yahoogroups, or follow links
from the upa.org site.

Daylight Savings begins on Sun 4/4, so evening pickup
at Sharon Meadow on Tuesdays and Thursdays begins on
Tues 4/6 and Thurs 4/8. I'll buy the first pitcher
afterward at Little Shamrock, unless I'm at a Passover
dinner that evening.
